Estimates for quality, not a safety ruling. What the dates mean

Blackberries keep for 3 days in the fridge, counted from when you buy them. That's SnapLarder's estimate for blackberries in general. If the packet has a date, go by the packet: it's specific to that product.

Can you freeze blackberries?

Yes. Blackberries keep for about 8 months in the freezer. Freeze them before the date on the packet, defrost them in the fridge, and use them within 2 days of thawing.
